Looking for GOOD Local Tech

Post by Compguy »

Hey Everybody,

I use forum's for all my other hobbies and they work awesome for information, so I signed up here looking for some help on the new Mobile I just purchased, it was already converted from the place I purchased it but now I want to get it tuned up and there used to be a place out here called 1 Stop Electronics and snowman, they guy there, did incredible work on radio's, but he is kind of MIA and really don't know where else to go around here to get my mobile tuned up, I know of some truck stop's, but those places kind of scare me, they just overdrive the modulation and thats not exactly what I am looking for, any help would be greatly appreciated, I live in Elgin, IL which is a suburb of Chicago.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Have you ask the same question on CBTricks, as this forum is more world wide and that maybe why you are not getting a answer.

I could service or set your radio up for you but I am in the UK.
Rick.
