i am new to using a CB, and the cobra 66 LTD was given to me, and i have been searching mods for this CB, and all i have found is CUT R54, what does this do? and is there any other mods for this CB?

not alot to do to this one. as you can see, its not very large, so not much circuitry to play with... just not an overly popular model for the hacks
