needing service manual or schematic

Radio Make and Model: realistic trc-434
PCB Number: 20211058
PLL Number: LC7132
Test gear available: scope, freq counter ,watt meter ,audio tracer, signal generator
Symptoms: no tx or receive
What is working: all lights up and transmit light switches.
What has been tried: tested all voltages on trans,pll and audio chip and voltage transformer. just do not know what voltages should be for this radio. thats why looking for manual or schematic
Did it suddenly happen ?: do not know, person that owns it said it just quit
Anything else that may be of help?:the radio will not receive at all. the transmit will trigger a back up radio close by as if wants to work but no audio.watt meter does not move. the 10301004ka transformer for voltage has power on the 2 incoming legs and nothing going out. not sure if this radio should have power on the 2 legs or not,nothing on trans or receive at the trans. audio chip seems to be working and changes voltages as it should..this is a base radio also with a 12 volt plug to bypass the built in power supply. the driver and final test good on a trans tester.
