Symptoms: Radio produces 1watt output, swings 4 watt, SSB 4 watt max output.

What is working: everything else

What has been tried: Re-align to base specs

Did it suddenly happen ?: Yes
Anything else that may be of help?: TX has audio, sounds good, just no power output. Draws 1.55A DK, 2.6A peak modulation.

Anybody have some pointers on this one? Driving me crazy. Been all over the board, everything looks good.

Did you check the voltage/bias on the final mosfets? If these are wrong, too much voltage will over drive and destroy and too little will under power the radio
