palomar 2400 ?? HELP !!!!

i have a palomar 2400 side band mobile radio, does anybody know where to find a schmatic and parts ? it powers up but no transmit or recieve. thanks.

I think one or two of the Palomar use the Cybernet board, that why its best to give all info you can Board No, PLL type and so on.
